In order to meet the demands of the rapidly growing Desk.com team Salesforce turned to Distribution Engine to provide lead routing among their worldwide sales teams.

Routing leads among a large worldwide sales team was a challenge for Box.com. In 2014 Box evaluated and selected Distribution Engine for Salesforce lead assignment.

Lead routing among a growing sales team was critical to Marketing automation company act-on. They implemented Distribution Engine in 2014 to route their marketing qualified leads.

Routing cases 24×7 worldwide was challenging. Marketo replaced their in house application with Distribution Engine and are currently evaluating using the product for lead assignment.

Following the acquisition of payment processing provider Braintree, Paypal implemented Distribution Engine to route leads with particular focus on working hours and out of office on their reps.
