Pricing Update

What is happening?

Over the past 7 years, we have invested heavily in new features that have made Distribution Engine one of the highest rated apps in our segment on the AppExchange. Throughout that period, our prices have remained static although our development and support costs have increased significantly. We are continuing to invest in new features and enhanced functionality, with even more improvements planned for our upcoming releases. For these reasons, and to help us continue this work, it is necessary to increase the price of our application from 1st March 2022. However, as our valued customers have helped to shape the application to become what it is today, we have only passed on a small percentage rise to our existing customers.

Why are we making these changes?

It is important that we continue to invest in Distribution Engine for all our customers who rely on it to help manage the efficient operation of their Sales, Marketing and Service operations. In the past few releases, we have redesigned the look and feel of the product and introduced features such as the Classifier and Export/Import, as well as enhancing existing areas of the product like Distribution Methods and Caps. In the coming year we expect to release Lead Auto-conversion, Team Performance Management and continue to update the look and feel.

When we looked back at how far the application has come over the last few years, even we were surprised, but proud of what we have achieved. It’s clear that Distribution Engine has really evolved thanks to the feedback from our customers and you can see this journey below. We are excited to continue developing the application and look forward to helping our customers to achieve even greater success in the future.
