End User License Agreements
Our EULAs set out the legal terms under which customers may install and use NC Squared's Salesforce apps, Distribution Engine and Booking Engine, including licensing, fees, support, data protection, and liability.
One version is issued by the US entity for North American customers, and the other is issued by the UK entity for customers contracting under English law.
