OFFICIAL RULES — NC SQUARED DREAMFORCE 2026 CUSTOMER SWEEPSTAKES

1. Sponsor and Sweepstakes
NC Squared, Inc., 2810 N Church St, PMB 74040, Wilmington, DE 19802-4447 (“the Sponsor”). The NC Squared Dreamforce 2026 Customer Sweepstakes is a private, invite-only promotion (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Salesforce, Inc. or the Dreamforce official event. 2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to customers of Sponsor who have been invited to participate in the Sweepstakes and their employees and authorized representatives. Customer employees and authorized representatives must be, as of the start of the Entry Period: (a) eighteen (18) years of age or older; (b) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia [excluding residents of Florida, New York, or Rhode Island]; (c) employed by or acting as an authorized representative of an organization holding an active subscription to NC Squared's Distribution Engine or Booking Engine products; and (d) authorized by that organization to participate in the Sweepstakes and accept the prize if selected. Sponsor reserves sole discretion to determine whether an entrant qualifies under (c) and (d). Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent and affiliate companies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Eligibility is also contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 00:01 ET on Monday, 8 June 2026 and ends at 23:59 ET on Friday, 26 June 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Entry Period in the event of any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs Sponsor's ability to properly conduct the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
(a) Online entry. During the Entry Period, complete the entry form on the Sweepstakes landing page with first name, last name, work email address, and company name. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method.
(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without using the online form, hand-print on a 3”x5” card the entrant’s full name, work email address, company name, and the statement “Please enter me in the NC Squared Dreamforce 2026 Customer Sweepstakes.” Mail the card in a stamped envelope to: NC Squared Dreamforce 2026 Customer Sweepstakes, c/o NC Squared, Inc., 2810 N Church St, PMB 74040, Wilmington, DE 19802-4447. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Monday, 22 June 2026 and received by Friday, 26 June 2026. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. AMOE entries have the same chance of winning as online entries.
Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entries submitted by automated means, bots, or third parties will be disqualified.
5. Prizes and Conditions
Three (3) prize packages will be awarded. Each prize package consists of: (a) one (1) Salesforce Dreamforce 2026 Conference Pass for the event taking place 15–17 September 2026 in San Francisco, California; (b) three (3) nights of a standard hotel accommodation in San Francisco (single occupancy, one room per winner), covering the nights of Monday 14, Tuesday 15, and Wednesday 16 September 2026, at a hotel selected and booked by Sponsor; and (c) attendance at the NC Squared customer dinner taking place in San Francisco on the evening of Monday 14 September 2026. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize package: approximately USD $4,300. Total ARV of all prize packages: approximately USD $12,900. ARV figures are estimates; the actual value will be determined at the time of procurement and may vary.
The prize package does not include travel to or from San Francisco, ground transportation, guest accommodation, meals (other than those included with the conference pass and the customer dinner), incidentals, or any other expenses. Winners are solely responsible for all such costs.
The prize package is offered as a single bundle. By accepting the prize, the entrant agrees to accept all three components. Acceptance of the prize requires the entrant’s attendance at the NC Squared customer dinner on Monday 14 September 2026. Sponsor will provide details of the venue and timing by email following confirmation of the prize. Failure to attend the customer dinner without prior notice to Sponsor may result in forfeit of the prize or offer an alternative prize of equivalent value to the winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Winners may be required to provide credit card details at hotel accommodation check-in. No substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winners agree to comply with third party event rules and regulations including but not limited to policies. Sponsor is not responsible for the cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of Dreamforce 2026 by Salesforce, Inc. If for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these Official Rules, including without limitation in the event Dreamforce 2026 is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or to award no substitute prize, at its sole discretion. To avoid doubt, if the prize is not proceeding due to unforeseen circumstances, including without limitation scheduling conflicts, Sponsor, Salesforce Inc., or event or hospitality venue policies, or if the winner is unable to attend in person (and has provided reasonable advance notice of their inability to attend), Sponsor reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equivalent value to the winner.
In order to receive a prize, the winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law). 6. Winner Selection
On Wednesday, 30 June 2026, three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Winner Notification and Claim
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided on their entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if notified of being a winner unless and until the entrant's eligibility has been verified. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and eligibility is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Potential winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) business days to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide any additional information reasonably required by Sponsor. If a potential winner does not respond within this period, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, fails to sign and return Sponsor’s Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release within ten(10) days of notification, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a potential winner or winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will promptly select a new potential winner using the same method until all prizes are awarded.
8. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or fees, associated with the receipt or use of the prize. The Approximate Retail Value of the prize is taxable income to the winner under applicable federal law.
Because the value of each prize exceeds the IRS reporting threshold for the 2026 tax year, Sponsor will be required to issue each winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the prize value. As a condition of receiving the prize, each winner must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or applicable substitute) to Sponsor. Failure to provide a completed W-9 within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeit of the prize.
Winners are strongly advised to consult their own tax advisor regarding their personal tax obligations in respect of the prize.
9. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s name, image, and likeness, company name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions and Releases
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Salesforce, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) technical failures of any kind, (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing or computing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that technical or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims..
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or undelivered entries; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet connections, or computer hardware or software; (c) printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (d) any cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, including the Entry Period, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://nc-squared.com/privacy. Personal information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and, where entrants have opted in, for marketing communications from Sponsor. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state courts located in the state of Delaware; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware.
13. Winners' List
For a list of winners, available after Wednesday, 30 June 2026, email hello@nc-squared.com with the subject line “Dreamforce 2026 Sweepstakes Winners List,” or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the AMOE address in Section 4(b) with “Winners List Request” written on the envelope. Requests must be received by Tuesday, 30 September 2026.
