Pull distributors allow team members to select when they want to receive work. Using the Distribution Engine widget on any Lightning app, sales representatives can focus on other tasks, only choosing to pull a lead when necessary.
Ensure team members have even workloads, accounting for differences in availability and team member tags. Configure load balancing to consider assignments outside of Distribution Engine or the value or complexity of assigned records. When a team member is assigned a complex or high-value record, they won’t be given as many additional records as other team members.
